- Expanded the published REST API reference to cover every operation in the OpenAPI specification.
- Added application capacity to the API client and REST API.
- Updated the SDK setup guide with current API hosts, public embed configuration, and credential handling.
- Documented hosted MCP access with OAuth or a personal key, separately from camp API keys.
