To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Camp or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever.
Agreement to Arbitrate
In the event of a dispute, you or Camp must give the other a Notice of Dispute. You and Camp will attempt to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation within sixty (60) days from the date the Notice of Dispute is sent. After sixty (60) days, you or Camp may commence arbitration.
Changes to Terms
Camp reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
