Running a theme camp is a labor of love. Behind the art, the sound, and the late-night gifting is a mountain of logistics: who is coming, where they are sleeping, when they are on shift, and whether they have paid their dues.

Most camps hold all of that together with Google Sheets, Venmo, group chats, and good intentions. It works right up until it does not. Things slip, people fall through the cracks, and the same handful of leads burn out doing the invisible work.
